Shipping policy
Courier is available throughout South Africa through Fastway Couriers, Pudo and Postnet. Items are usually shipped within 72h of purchase, but can take up to two weeks if we're experiencing large order quantities or you're ordering a made-to-order product.
Once sent, Fastway Couriers take 1-3 working days for Cape Town orders and 3-5 for other SA locations, excluding outlying areas which depends on our courier delivery routes. Postnet couriers take 2-5 working days and you will need to collect from your nearest Postnet once you receive your collection SMS. Pudo can take about a week and you will need to collect from your chosen locker once you receive your collection SMS. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order is ready to be collected by courier.
Please keep in mind that I an one person running this business. Sometimes orders will be sent out the next day, sometimes the next week. It just depends on work volumes at that given time.
